OUR POLICY All sales are final. However, because we are committed to providing quality merchandise, we replace defective items within 90 days of purchase date. In that unlikely event, simply email us indicating the problem. Be sure to include the original purchase date. WeÕll then provide you with proper shipping instructions. Once we receive the item we will either repair it or replace it with a same or similar item and ship it back at our expense. Note: certain items such as soaps, sleepmasks & candles are not covered.
